The one time setup costs is charged to cover the costs of finding the right staff member for your business and tasks.
Leased Team Member-

Your plan includes a fixed storage allotment for your Assistant to have
files on their computer. We will back up these files daily to a local
RAID 5 Array. In addition to the onsite backups, OTD will also provide
a weekly off-site backup of these files.
- Level 1 Package includes 10GB of Storage
Additional storage is available with the same redundant back-up services for $10 per 5GB per month.

Do you need to print or scan documents?
- $0.25 to print 1 page - standard 8 X 10

- Charges will be automatically made to your account if your executive virtual assistant prints or scans documents.
Client Supplied Equipment:
- Client can send us equipment for use by their leased team member. We charge an administration fee to enter each piece of gear into our inventory. Please contact us more details on how to get your gear in the hands of your leased team member.

The equipment will be stored in secure lockup unless signed out by
security to authorized leased team member as set forth by the clients. We
charge a monthly handling and storage fee. Fee is determined by size
and frequency of checkouts. Please contact us for more details about your specific needs.
- We will not accept responsibility for equipment damage, loss, breakage, etc. Client should seek out their own insurance.
- Equipment can be sent back to client. Postage costs, insurance + 20% and a Handling Fee apply.
13th Month
The 13th Month is a bonus paid to leased team members in the month of December. This is mandated by the Philippine government.
The Client agrees to pay the government required 13th month pay to their leased OTD team member. This is equal to one half of the monthly fee, pro-rated for the number of months in the calendar year in which the Client has hired the OTD Team Member.
The 13th month pay is due every December or upon contract termination. The client may also find it convenient to have the "13th Month Pay" amortized monthly.
The computation is as follows:
$1500 (monthly fee) ÷ 2 = $750.00
$750 ÷ 12 (Months in a year) = $62.50
$62.50 x 4 (Months worked => 3 Months) = $250.00
