Outsourcing Things Done, na: Overtime

Overtime is calculated at double time (200%).
Minimum increments are 1 hour.
All overtime requests incur a $50.00 administration fee on top of the overtime fee.

For example, if you have a Level 1 team member at $1200 for 160 hours:

$1200/160 = $7.50/hour
$7.50 X 2 = $15.00/hour

Overtime is billed at $15/hour plus applicable taxes.

Overtime fees change if overtime is needed on special and regular holidays:

On a Special Holiday overtime is calculated at 330%.
On a Regular Holiday overtime is calculated at 400%.
