The Basic Training course is the minimum required training for a new leased worker before they can work with our clients. It is comprised of 10 days class training and 10 practical training. The basic training course covers:
The set up of accounts on Mac/PCs and Basic Mac Operations, the use of the Google Apps Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Site, the set up and use of WKDcrm, the set up and use of communication tools like Yammer, Campfire and procedural training in Daily Plans, EODs, and 5/15 reports. Plus knowledge of the Ubertor website software.
